I stayed in Seattle house for 3 months from the day it was started I.e Oct 2022, - Jan 2023. I will share my honest thoughts. This place is good if you are single working professional or even a freelancer like me for a period of 3-6 months. You will make great friends and have a plenty of memories from Bangalore. Most of the people who are staying currently are working in nearby tech space like Ecospace, global tech park, and companies like Microsoft, HP, Microsoft and etc. Overall I would consider it as a hostel with premium facilities given its pricing. Pros - 1- Good people and friends 2 - RCs (Residential captain) Pooja, Supritha and Rajshekhar work really hard to address your issues. 3 - Food (4/5) - Hygienic and tastes good in comparison to other PGs 4- Gym - Good 5 - Games & Common area - 4/5 6 - The way Stanza living is standardising their process is very impressive in comparison to Colive. 7 - Security system and cameras are good. 8 - Safe for girls who plan to stay for short notice. 9 - Fast return of security deposit ( for me it was within 3 days) Cons - 1 - Washing machine issues - At times you might find that machine stops working automatically or some other resident misses to pick their washed clothes. Mostly on Sat n Sun, you will find long queue for washing. 2 - Hot water issue - Since this is a new building, there are many faults from building owner. He doesn’t seem to repair the hot water facility. Weekly once or twice hot water is not available which becomes a major issue to many residents specially for Bangalore weather and during winters. 3 - House keeping staff - I have not seen any HK serving more than a month. There seems to be payment issue between third party HK providers as a result these staff do not serve long. In general, Stanza maintains good cleanliness but at times they end with HK staff shortages. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make good friends and have a good time in Blore. What I had felt good about brussels compared to other stanza pgs is the responsibility and accountability the team takes for the services. They have Sana, Nagraj as the best and most chill RC with Nandini as their cluster manager bringing innovative ways to facilitate the residents. Pros: 1) The entire system is app driven, you will have a dedicated ticket for your concern/ complaint which won't be closed until you are satisfied with the resolution. 2) The Food is too good compared to other PGs. You can put preferences through app. 3) The internet is reliable and good except weekends, but you can get a speed boost if required. 4) Reliable Hot water. 5) Reliable power ! 6) House keeping is done in a regular manner and they keep a track of it. 7) They have amenities like Gym, Billiard, table tennis, fussball, carom, 8washing machines, microwave fridge and induction in every alternate floors, 2elevators, good places to chill out, an enclosed parking for vehicles, gated security and authorised entry. 8) They have their own cafe from which snacks and beverages can be ordered instantly. Also they have their own food services in a reasonable price apart from the meals they offer. If anyone is working from home it really helps. 9) The property is lavish with new furnitures, premium rooms have good ventilation and space. 10) The property is situated in a sound location with basic amenities in reach. Cons: 1) some rooms lacks ventilation may feel congested. 2) cost is higher than other PGs but provided the services they offer it may be justified. 3) App lacks clarity and some functionality needs to be more defined. My Experience at Stanza Living – Shanghai House I currently stay at Stanza Living – Shanghai House. Initially, I faced a few issues — my room was changed at the last minute, which caused some trouble. Later it was resolved. The room I’m in now faces Sobha, so the view is lovely. Food - Average — could be better. Cleanliness - Good. Security - Good, though there’s a big chance of parcels getting misplaced, so it’s better to collect them in person. Internet & Electricity - Need to be recharged through the app based on your usage. There’s also a gym on the terrace , a TV and a common playing area . I personally don’t use these much since I’m working, but if you’re a student, these are nice facilities to have. The location is convenient — you’ll find plenty of nearby places to buy groceries and fruits. Stanza Shanghai house is a good place to live. Here are the few points which I considered and experienced during my stay here: 1. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and cooperative; they used to come to clean the room on every second or third day. 2. We have Sobha society facing side room, so we didn't find any mobile network issue or wifi network issue in our duration till date. 3. They charge approximately Rs. 3,000/- monthly for a room electricity charges which is quite excessive as compared to other PGs. 4. They don't charge separately for any repairs and maintenance which other PGs like Colive used to charge. 5. There were initial challenges with cleanliness and maintenance at Rimini House, but after Abhijit took over, the experience has improved significantly. He is supportive, approachable, and ensures all issues are resolved efficiently and immediately. The new housekeeping staff have also been doing a good job.

It is one of the best place to live in for a person who is new to Bengaluru. Food has to improve a little in terms of varieties. They really do care for cleanliness, complaints will be attended quick. Provisions like TV, Wifi, drinking water, live hassle-free. RC and staff is very good.
