Toulon House

Hi I been there in the hostel only for 15days and when I'm there at that time my father expired I need to come from kochi ie kerala to Andrapradesh. And that incident took place on 4th Oct of these month. At 11 clock on night I'm crying like hell and the security aunty and the Warden of the pg kripa came Der and controlling me from 11 clock to till mrng 4 clock and the Warden booked a cab to the airport and came with me till airport at 4:30 am ,as a sister and made me strong by being myside .here people with bad mindset they can't even think what is care and what is protection and when we need of it .we don't want words we need actions.The actions speaks more than words . So by posting bad things for ur useless contemporary actions it does mean any point first . better you behave good with ppl by without interfering in other people life ,and more over I really recommend people to choice the stanza Living . which cares you in need when you are far away from your home like ur family. I have been in kochi for the last 3 years staying in different pgs. Stanza is a perfect option for working professionals as it provides wifi, individual space to work, individual storage facilities,food, laundry and house keeping. They provide security 24*7. Good that they launched their hub in kochi which was in need of such a comfort space for work. If they could provide lunch in weekdays, it would be so helpful. Read More

Iam having an amazing stay at Stanza living toulon house. RC stephy is very friendly and responsible. Every now and then she asks how's the stay and if anything needed. Even a minor concern raised, she'll immediately do the needful. No Powercut issues or water issues as of now. Location is easily accessible. Cleaning is done every 2-3 days in a week and the staffs are also cooperative. Read More

As a girl I feel extremely safe and happy here. There is 24/7 security and CCTV. Hostel warden is always available for help and is not very strict. You get freedom and personal space also. They don’t interfere much like typical PG aunties. Just go for it girls..you will love it here!

Stanza Living Kakkanad is an amazing PG. My sister stayed there for three months, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Aleena, the RC of Toulon House, was very cooperative. It is a very well-maintained PG with proper cleaning as well.

Great apartment with all facilities at a very reasonable rate and excellent services. If you working, you will like it a lot here. Don’t have to stress about anything. Can work in peace and all things are available at the fingertips.
