II had an amazing experience staying in this room! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a really cozy vibe. The bed was super comfortable, the lighting was perfect, and the interiors felt modern yet warm, and everything I needed was already provided — from clean towels to toiletries. It was a wonderful experience during my hostel life. Suitable for top level professionals who prefers to stay at an average cost with facilities like amble parking space. The locality is quite calm and peaceful. The staffs of the property are very hospitable. They arranged mess service for me average per day cost for 110 rupees for 3 meals
Stanza is so well managed in all aspects such as infrastructure, hygiene, room service, and internet. However, the food should be drastically improved as it’s not worth our gut in terms of taste and hygiene. But the stay is so peaceful and calming compared to other hostels in kochi, so it’s definitely worth the hype.
Good PG in Ernakulam also near to Info park. Food provided in the PG is OK. PG location is very pleasent and maintained well. Cost when compared to other PGs is little high. But PG atmosphere when compared to other PGs is very good. I personally recommend this PG to new person who want PG near to Info Park.
Never knew we could find such a nice hostel for my daughter online. She got an internship and had to shift last moment..we didn’t even have time to go and check out the property in person and booked online only. But she said it is exactly like the pictures and even better than what we thought.
Staying at Maseru was really good, and food was good. It is very close to the Infopark area. House captain Akhil was really helpful and listens to our concerns very carefully and addresses it ASAP. The only thing is house keeping should be improved and to assign some rooms with AC facility
Overall I would recommend Stanza to anyone looking for accommodation in and around eranakulam, the place is well kept, let it be cleanliness or amenities. In case something fails it is rectified in a timely manner. The manager is also friendly and approachable.
I currently stay at Leon house, and I can guarantee you the facilities, amenities and safety are high in standard and the caretaker Mr Jojish has done an exceptional job in taking this co-living into a safe and friendly atmosphere for all the tenants.
