What I had felt good about brussels compared to other stanza pgs is the responsibility and accountability the team takes for the services. They have Sana, Nagraj as the best and most chill RC with Nandini as their cluster manager bringing innovative ways to facilitate the residents. Pros: 1) The entire system is app driven, you will have a dedicated ticket for your concern/ complaint which won't be closed until you are satisfied with the resolution. 2) The Food is too good compared to other PGs. You can put preferences through app. 3) The internet is reliable and good except weekends, but you can get a speed boost if required. 4) Reliable Hot water. 5) Reliable power ! 6) House keeping is done in a regular manner and they keep a track of it. 7) They have amenities like Gym, Billiard, table tennis, fussball, carom, 8washing machines, microwave fridge and induction in every alternate floors, 2elevators, good places to chill out, an enclosed parking for vehicles, gated security and authorised entry. 8) They have their own cafe from which snacks and beverages can be ordered instantly. Also they have their own food services in a reasonable price apart from the meals they offer. If anyone is working from home it really helps. 9) The property is lavish with new furnitures, premium rooms have good ventilation and space. 10) The property is situated in a sound location with basic amenities in reach. Cons: 1) some rooms lacks ventilation may feel congested. 2) cost is higher than other PGs but provided the services they offer it may be justified. 3) App lacks clarity and some functionality needs to be more defined. Nice place to stay near Intel Park. The location is convenient and peaceful. The food quality is good at times, though it can vary occasionally. House staff behavior is generally okay, but could be a bit more attentive. Overall, a comfortable and decent place to live.

Have been staying here from some months Initially there were multiple problems but the new RC Prakash Thakur has been putting in alot of efforts to streamline all the things and eventually get the stanza to a better point in all aspects of facility food and living
