My Experience at Stanza Living – Shanghai House I currently stay at Stanza Living – Shanghai House. Initially, I faced a few issues — my room was changed at the last minute, which caused some trouble. Later it was resolved. The room I’m in now faces Sobha, so the view is lovely. Food - Average — could be better. Cleanliness - Good. Security - Good, though there’s a big chance of parcels getting misplaced, so it’s better to collect them in person. Internet & Electricity - Need to be recharged through the app based on your usage. There’s also a gym on the terrace , a TV and a common playing area . I personally don’t use these much since I’m working, but if you’re a student, these are nice facilities to have. The location is convenient — you’ll find plenty of nearby places to buy groceries and fruits. Stanza Shanghai house is a good place to live. Here are the few points which I considered and experienced during my stay here: 1. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and cooperative; they used to come to clean the room on every second or third day. 2. We have Sobha society facing side room, so we didn't find any mobile network issue or wifi network issue in our duration till date. 3. They charge approximately Rs. 3,000/- monthly for a room electricity charges which is quite excessive as compared to other PGs. 4. They don't charge separately for any repairs and maintenance which other PGs like Colive used to charge. 5.
