Seattle House

I stayed in Seattle house for 3 months from the day it was started I.e Oct 2022, - Jan 2023. I will share my honest thoughts. This place is good if you are single working professional or even a freelancer like me for a period of 3-6 months. You will make great friends and have a plenty of memories from Bangalore. Most of the people who are staying currently are working in nearby tech space like Ecospace, global tech park, and companies like Microsoft, HP, Microsoft and etc. Overall I would consider it as a hostel with premium facilities given its pricing. Pros - 1- Good people and friends 2 - RCs (Residential captain) Pooja, Supritha and Rajshekhar work really hard to address your issues. 3 - Food (4/5) - Hygienic and tastes good in comparison to other PGs 4- Gym - Good 5 - Games & Common area - 4/5 6 - The way Stanza living is standardising their process is very impressive in comparison to Colive. 7 - Security system and cameras are good. 8 - Safe for girls who plan to stay for short notice. 9 - Fast return of security deposit ( for me it was within 3 days) Cons - 1 - Washing machine issues - At times you might find that machine stops working automatically or some other resident misses to pick their washed clothes. Mostly on Sat n Sun, you will find long queue for washing. 2 - Hot water issue - Since this is a new building, there are many faults from building owner. He doesn’t seem to repair the hot water facility. Weekly once or twice hot water is not available which becomes a major issue to many residents specially for Bangalore weather and during winters. 3 - House keeping staff - I have not seen any HK serving more than a month. There seems to be payment issue between third party HK providers as a result these staff do not serve long. In general, Stanza maintains good cleanliness but at times they end with HK staff shortages. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make good friends and have a good time in Blore. Overall, the living experience is very comfortable. CCTV and other monitoring equipment are consistently functional. There is a visible effort to maintain a secure environment. This setup gives me confidence in my living choice.

Overall, the living experience is very comfortable. Safety protocols are regularly reviewed and updated. The app keeps updating with useful features. I appreciate how both physical and digital safety are prioritized.

I feel safe knowing there are regular checks in place. Service requests through the app are handled promptly. The app notifications help me stay informed. I trust the systems in place to protect residents.

The staffs are very friendly. The food is good, the amenities are good, any kind of support we need from the RC (Santosh) we get it. It's a place away from home.

Very homely and welcoming place to live at. Very supportive staff including RC and everyone else. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
