I've had a very good experience living in this PG for the past four months. Manager Jeevitha responds to issues very quickly, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Room cleaning done regularly. Frankly, I love the gym and chill-out zones they’ve set up here. People greet each other warmly, which is really nice to see. My room and bathroom get cleaned every day, which I really like. The place is managed professionally, making day-to-day life smooth. Surveillance and guards create a secure living environment.

Osasco house is such a neat and comfortable place to stay. The resident captain is very approachable and looks into the issues as soon as it is reported. There's no partial treatment for anybody in the house. Hygiene and cleanliness is always maintained. Food is very good too.

I stayed at Stanza Living's Osasco House which is near Koyambedu bus stand. I had a wonderful time at Osasco House the property was well-maintained and clean. RC Jeevitha does her job very well; she is friendly and responsive at any time.

The staff here are polite and supportive, Common areas are tidy and maintained well.The experience here has been positive overall. Food is good and served on time.
