I have been here since 4 months and it's a good experience to be with Stanza staffs. Sometime they did create mess and most important thing is they try there hard to solve it as well. I can't say everything here is perfect, yeh they take big amount as rent and ofcourse food is not that good as well but afterall we can't get home food everywhere. All thanks to Parnita and vamit who are the once always standing there for us. They both really are good when it comes to human Nature and fun part. Maybe there's a chance you will get good food and big room to stay but you won't get this much fun staying in Tallin house. Literally searched alot of pg when wanted to shift for my job. Only stanza was appropriate w.r.t floor area, locality and other facilities. Cleaning services are done on alternate days, 24/7 hot water supply, purified water. Breakfast and dinner on weekdays and 3 times meal on weekends. Non veg is also available. Also, they do something different every Friday "the Friday night 🤩" be it live concert/ performance of artists or be it pani puri stall 😋and other entertaining stuffs. I stayed here for 4 months. For list of problems like - Parking space is less. No car parking - room size is small compared to cost - too much wifi issue - food is okay for me but many dont like it Good things - housekeeping works hard to fix problems - each room has separate bathroom - cleanliness - 24*7 hot water - special thanks to Vamit and Pranita Conclusion: Ignoring WiFi issue i will give 4 star to it. Very good property with best facilities and services. It us because of the property manager that it has. The property manager name is Deepak Yadav. He has a good nature and he is also very supportive. He is a well managed person. He has helped me alot. This property needs manager like Deepak bhaiya. He is very active person. 👍👍☺☺
