Dublin House

The best co-living I have ever stayed at in Bangalore and Hyderabad for a tight budget and it was undoubtedly value for money. The location is 5 mins from the bus stop. There are hardly any power outages and in case there is, the property has a power backup. WiFi is speedy and doesn't have frequent downtimes. The property is maintained well. The rooms are in fine condition. The staff is quite obliging. Their housekeeping is impeccable. I wasn't expecting the food to be delicious when compared to other PGs. (Guys please stop comparing mess food with home food). The only irritation is the road condition outside the property which floods during peak monsoon, however, there is no water ingress inside the property. The property has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The Stanza app is good and rarely has bugs. I'd like to specially mention the Resident Captain Aakash who is the best captain I've had in all the co-living and PGs I've stayed at. He is approachable and proactive at resolving issues. A good co-living space in Electronic City. Food 7/10. There's definitely room for improvement. Wifi 5/10. I don't think they face wifi issues every now and then in other Stanza properties like in Dublin house. Rooms are well maintained and kept clean by the Housekeeping thrice a week. Resident Captain keeps us informed if there are any delays or issues wrt Electricity, water supply etc. You can't expect everything to be 100%, we have faced issues with power supply in the past but not for prolonged hours even with the back-up. I can say in my experience that the quality of the food is absolutely good, and plus point everyday different variety of breakfast and dinner, the place is neat and clean, wifi is also fast, and rooms are spacious. Convenient and transparent payments through the app save me a lot of hassle. Management ensures a high level of satisfaction among residents. Recreation zones are very inviting and a great way to spend leisure time.
