Don't get into this looking at the amenities they provide. Stanza disappoints you where it matters the most in things like food, room cleaning and parking. • Food is very bad here and the very few times they give good food it is LIMITED. • They do room, washroom cleaning hardly once in a week, that too if we go after them asking them to clean. Washrooms are not so great. • Parking is very very limited. Even if you are lucky enough to find a spot, you will be facing difficulties in getting your vehicle out. • Staff here are not very helpful either, all they tell is to raise a ticket in the app. Even if you want to move out of this, they have a stupid 3 month contract/policy. Been living in this place for 5 months now. I never had any complaints, the reason for the 4 stars and not five is cuz sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work so well and that will be the time I will need it the most, being a working professional. Other than that, things that are perfect; The food, housekeeping, people staying in Stanza, the help desk, gym, etc.. all of these are things that will never bring up any problems for you. Nice PG in Hyderabad. Clean and Hygiene food. Supportive Staffs are there in Memphis House. Only thing is, when it comes to Security Deposit, they will take sometime to refund back. Time will vary from PG to PG of upto 60 days. But definitely you will receive your deposit amount.
