Plus, it’s not just one tall building, the city’s skyline is famous for being lined with loads of ‘em. Also, everywhere you look, there are plenty more under construction at any given time. To achieve great new heights.

To fan your curiosity, we’ve gone ahead and compiled a list of the 10 tallest buildings in the city of dreams. Check out our Stanza Living residences and flats in Mumbai.

World One (280.2m)

Standing high amidst the buildings of Lower Parel, the original plan for World One would have had it soaring even higher at 442 metres, but airport regulations led to its construction at an impressive 280.2 metres height. Making it both the tallest tower in Mumbai and the highest tower in India right now.

Not just an impressive view, the 76 above-ground floors of this building has some of the best luxury apartments in the city. Along with amenities like an indoor swimming pool, yoga room, conference centre and more. In short, the folks living here must be the ones who increase their net worth by a mile from the time you start brushing to the time you rinse all the toothpaste out.

World View (277.6m)

The Lodha group is clearly no newcomer when it comes to building skyscrapers. Hence, the second tallest building in Mumbai has also been constructed under their purview. Located in Upper Worli at a height of 277.6 metres, this is a building you just can’t miss. The building also provides excellent facilities for its residents including a pool, a gym, a clubhouse and a football turf. So you’ll definitely feel right at home here.

The Park (268m)

When we said Lodha properties dominate the list of the highest buildings in Mumbai, we weren’t joking because the third item on our list is Lodha: The Park. The 268 metre structure is made up of a group of five towers located at Worli, each containing 67 floors of 2, 3 and even 4 BHK flats available to residents. You can expect all the premium comforts and amenities from this building along with some unique features like a meditation area. So meditating here will feel you’re floating in the clouds for real. Even if you did it with your eyes open.

Nathani Heights(262m)

The Nathani Group’s 262 metre tower is an iconic building in the locality of Dalal Estate which is in the heart of the city. Standing at a height of 262 metres, this building has 72 floors and comfortably falls in the category of one of the highest towers in India. One of the most special features of this building is that it has been certified as a Green Home under the Indian Green Building Council, making it a great choice for the ecologically conscious. It is kitted out with all the best facilities including a cafe, gym, play area and swimming pool. Thanks to the great location, you can even catch a stunning glimpse of the famous Queen’s Necklace area from the building. So much so that you’d want to go down there using a zipline asap. Not that you can, unless you happen to be Tom Cruise.

Imperial Towers(256m)

A set of two twin skyscrapers, Imperial Towers 1 and 2 in Tardeo have been awarded the Asia Pacific Property Awards for their incredible design. Constructed by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in 2010, the two towers are 256 and 210 metres in height respectively and each contain sixty floors. Yup, 60 floors. Basically, if you happen to meet a guy in one of the lifts once, you might not get to see him for a while.

Ahuja Tower(250m)

When we talk about some of the prime locations of India, Prabhadevi has to be near the top of the list. And that’s where Ahuja Tower is located. Standing at 250 metres with 53 storeys, it may not be the tallest tower in India but it’s definitely one of the best. This is a building that offers not just 4 and 5 BHKs to its residents but also some luxurious and exclusively designed penthouses. To add to the exclusivity, residents also have access to a private park, swimming pool, children’s play area, and gym, all within the building compound.

One Avighna Park(247m)

Lower Parel is home to several skyscrapers and One Avighna Park stands at 247 metres among them. This is a twin residential project by the Avighna Group and contains 61 floors. It boasts of a prime location, great accessibility and the best of amenities along with spacious flats making it a top choice for Mumbai residents.

Crescent Bay Tower(239)

They say you can’t have too much of a good thing. That’s why Crescent Bay Tower, a complex of six residential buildings in Parel, was constructed by L&T and Omkar in collaboration. The complex is 239 metres high, with each tower being placed on a pedestal to offer incredible views of the Arabian Sea and the Mumbai skyline. Each building has 63 floors on offer, along with incredible leisure facilities like tennis courts, swimming pools, and gardens. With all these perks in place, it’s not just Bay Tower, it also must be the ‘BAE’ tower for all its residents.

(Under construction) Palais Royale(320m)

This Worli construction could soon be at the top of the list of tallest buildings in Mumbai upon completion. Located in Worli, Palais Royale is a project under construction by Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd. It is supposed to be approximately 320 metres in height based on the proposed designs. That’s almost the height of the Eiffel Tower. Just saying.

(Under construction) Lokhandwala Minerva(296.2m)

The racecourse is not going to be the only talking point at Mahalakshmi for much longer once the construction of the Lokhandwala Minerva is completed. Proposed to have a height of 296.2 metres after construction, the twin towers of this project will stand as the second highest building in Mumbai. With 90 floors of luxurious flats by Hafeez Contractors, it’s sure to be a magnificent structure. In short, the last time something got so much hype before it even came out in the world was probably Saif and Kareena’s baby.

And that’s it. That’s all the skyscrapers that were at some point, the highest building in Mumbai, and some that are about to be.
