First things first, the monthly rent has to be a major deciding factor between an apartment and a co-living space. So here’s the thing, an apartment just in terms of rent might cost less than a co-living space. But account for the additional day-to-day and monthly expenses, and the overall cost shoots up. Though, you can bring down the expenses simply by getting a roomie to share the apartment with you. But then again, you’d have to surrender the complete authority over your apartment for that. Amenities

Okay, it’s not necessary for either an apartment or a co-living space to have more amenities than the other. But in the case of daily meals, co-living spaces do own the winning argument.
