Sure, your landlord might have promised you that it’ll get cleaned before you move in, but it is almost always not done properly. So until and unless you clean your new apartment down to the T, you may end up having a roomie that you never asked for – a spider that keeps making abstract art on your ceilings or a rat that keeps sharing your breakfast without consent, ewwwwwww.
